Membership Procedures
To become a member, you need to fill out and sign the membership application form, then scan it and email it to us.

Derneğimizin Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısı 12.04.2026 tarihinde saat 15:00 de ASMED TIP
MERKEZİ Atatürk Cad. Sedef Sok.No.1/1 Ataşehir -İstanbul adresinde aşağıdaki gündemle,
bu toplantıda çoğunluk sağlanamadığı takdirde ikinci toplantı, çoğunluk aranmaksızın aynı
gündemle 19.04.2026 tarihinde saat 15:00’de aynı adreste yapılacaktır.

görüşülmesi ve ibrası.
4. Denetim Kurulu Faaliyet Raporunun okunması, görüşülmesi ve ibrası.
5. Yönetim ve Denetim Kurullarının ayrı ayrı ibrası.
6. 2026-2027-2028 Yılı Tahmini Bütçenin görüşülmesi.
7. Yönetim ve Denetim Kurulu üyelerinin ücretlerinin görüşülmesi ve karara
bağlanması.
8. Tüzük değişikliğinin görüşülmesi ve karara bağlanması.
9. Yönetim ve Denetim Kurulu asil ve yedek üyeliklerinin seçimi.
10. Dilekler ve kapanış.
